As a valued The Play Company customer, I wanted you to be the first to know that we’re launching a shiny new service that’s going to make life easier for you, and better for your customers and your staff team.

Right now, the cleaning and maintenance of your play system is done on an ad hoc basis. There are three reasons why that’s not the best way to manage it:

1 – It requires thought – do you know how often your system needs to be cleaned? We often find that we get a maintenance call out when the system isn’t safe to play on.

2 – It means lumpy payments, every time we come to do work on your system you’re hit with a bill.

3 – Your expensive system doesn’t last as long, and it’s not as safe or hygienic for your customers.

Our brand new service can fix all of that for you. We’re proud to be the only company in the country to offer a combined clean and maintenance service.

No more worrying about whether you need your system cleaned and what the cost’s going to be. It’s all wrapped into our easy-peasy service contract.

Our 20 years of experience in the industry means we know a few things about taking care of play systems like yours, and that’s why we recommend two visits per year.

Combined with regular cleaning from your daily team, that’ll keep your hygiene levels tip-top, and with regular maintenance from our specialists, your system will be safer and last much longer than it would do otherwise.

If you’d prefer three visits a year, or even four, we can create a bespoke agreement that suits you.

On a maintenance and cleaning contract, we’ll spread your fixed payments across the 12 months of the agreement, so no lumpy payments for you.
