Striking New Revenue Stream for Louisiana-based Entertainment Centre

The client

Based in Louisiana, USA, Surge Entertainment is “the premier indoor park in America”, with all sorts of attractions on their premises.

The challenge

With plenty of existing attractions, Surge Entertainment were looking for an additional revenue stream for all age ranges. Strike Arena ticked all the boxes, offering something for all age groups.

What we did

We designed and installed a brand new Strike Arena area with ten features and can accommodate four teams at a time. We used LEDs to give it a nice, premium feel, included a ninja wall and giant rollers, and installed a media area for social media sharing.

With no wristbands and no RFID, it’s a simple but effective installation, with not much to go wrong, and a lot to go right!

The result

Since installation, it’s become their second best attraction, bringing in between $800 and $1500 per day, and only requires 2 to 3 people to run, resulting in a profitable $436,000 annual revenue stream – they’re seeing a return on investment after only 6 to 8 months.

The Strike Arena area is incredibly popular for all ages – it has had 5-year-olds, all the way up to military groups using it.
